OEM/ODM services with various absorbent core layer and material configuration options, supplied directly from our factory.

Provide a preliminary quotation, send samples, and provide specifications.

After receipt, conduct testing and preliminary evaluation. If adjustments are needed, propose modification requests; if satisfactory, then negotiate and finalize product details, packaging, final price, quantity, and product delivery timeline with the company based on the sample.

Based on feedback, adjust the samples until the customer is satisfied. Following confirmation of the sample quality, specifications, and order quantity, provide the final detailed quotation and contract.

Review and sign the formal sales contract, and pay the initial deposit (typically 30% to 50%).

Upon receiving the deposit, we will arrange material procurement and production line setup to commence mass production. We will provide real-time video and photo updates from the production site throughout the process and arrange a quality inspection upon completion of production.

The final payment is made upon completion of production.

Upon receipt of the final payment, we will arrange loading and shipment, and provide relevant loading/shipment photos along with a copy of the bill of lading.

Confirm the bill of lading (B/L) details and prepare for customs clearance.

Promptly send the full set of original customs clearance documents or arrange for telex release, and initiate after-sales support.
