•Solving the Problem of Hard-to-Reach Last Sheets in Tissue Boxes

    The last few sheets in a tissue box are often difficult to pull out. We redesigned the internal structure of the box, adjusting the opening angle by 3 degrees and optimizing how the sheets are stacked. Now, every sheet in the box can be pulled out smoothly from start to finish, reducing unnecessary waste.

•Reducing Static in Dry Seasons

    During autumn and winter, paper napkins can easily generate static, causing small paper particles to stick to clothing. We added a humidity-balancing step in the production process to ensure the paper maintains an appropriate moisture level. Paper treated this way generates almost no static in dry environments.

• Improving the Ease of Use for Mini Packs

    When pulling tissues from small packs, sometimes the entire pack gets pulled out along with the sheet. We improved the design of the pack opening and added anti-slip embossing. Now, even with one hand, it’s easy to pull out a tissue without bringing the entire pack along.

These improvements don’t require changing the basic materials of the paper, but they do enhance the user experience. As a factory, we focus on these details every day because even small changes, when accumulated, can make our products noticeably better to use.
