The core material is Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP). The cheap approach is to reduce the grammage or use low-grade SAP with poor absorption and high rewet. Our method is to use premium, fast-absorption SAP in the middle layer of the core and high-retention SAP in the bottom layer, creating a gradient absorption system. This means faster absorption, superior lock-in, and a drier surface. The cost increases immediately, but the risk of diaper rash decreases dramatically.

✅Process Cost: Three Ways to Make a "Breathable Yet Waterproof" Back Sheet.

Cheapest: Use a standard plastic film – no breathability.

Mid-range: Puncture the film with visible mechanical holes – some breathability, but potential leakage.

Our Choice: Use a micro-porous breathable film. This film is manufactured through a complex proprietary process that creates nano-scale pores. The process and equipment are expensive, but it genuinely balances breathability and leakage prevention. This choice alone adds a significant cost per ton.

✅Quality Cost: "Elastic Waistband" Comfort is More Than Just a Rubber Band.
The waistband elastic, often Lycra, isn't simply sewn on. It's ultrasonically welded under precise, pre-set tension. Too little tension, the waist is loose and leaks; too much, it digs in. Every production line we operate has a real-time tension monitoring system to ensure consistent elasticity in every single diaper. This system and the calibration time are built into our cost. Skipping it leaves product comfort to "chance."

✅ Defect Cost: How We Kill Defects on the Line.
We have visual inspection cameras at critical points on the production line. They check for missing elastic in the 3D leak-guard cuffs, misaligned hook tapes, and incomplete wetness indicator printing. Defects are automatically rejected. This prevents batch-wide issues, but the equipment and maintenance are an ongoing cost. Many factories rely on manual spot checks, effectively transferring that future risk to the customer.
